If worse comes to worse, you can consider cow's milk (in the carton as bought from the supermarket). Breastfed babies accept that taste more readily than formula (powder) milk.
Some worry about cow's milk allergy but many experts said it's alright to give it from age 1 year onwards. You can try the "three-day" rule first.
