Mine one is the same as well. She will offer help if my baby is out with us and need her help when we back home.
Of coz I won\'t expect her to work on her holiday, even we come back home late. If she helps, I will take that as a bonus.

If its not too late....try to knock her door n ask her to come out n help. Argh. Those helpers nowadays r so bad....
