犯法的. Don.t hire them, possible they want to work in wanchai during weekend nights.


You can call to immigration dept to check, for sure it is illegal (for both employer and helper)

My friend's helper every saturday goes to the boarding house to sleep, her lover also sleep there.

所以佢地好鍾意同外國家庭打工， 大部分都要佢地外宿或者星期六晚比佢地出去瞓， 做壞規距

It is illegal too, ask them to call to immigration to check.

The insurance will not be covered if the insurance company discover accident happen while they illegally sleeping out at that time.
