i use M5, the dough is very nice wor. the dough blows up big and 光滑 after first rising. i use 2 for the first minute to mix the flour and liquids first, then change to 3 or 4 for 20min. observe if need to add water or flour. sometimes it is so perfect that there is no flour/liquids stick on the mixing bowl and u feel like even no need to clean the bowl!!
it should be better than the bread machine.
