你每天泵兩次, 其餘時間都是埋身食嗎?
如想泵到多些奶, 可以留意平常多喝湯, 水, 又或豆漿, 有木瓜魚湯就最好; 另外, 泵之前的20-30mins飲一杯水.
仲有就係要增加泵的次數. 我而家一日泵4次架. 早上返工前bb只會食一邊, 沒吃的一邊一定要泵, 否則會太耐冇demand, 減少造奶. 如果想再要多些奶, 睡前要泵清兩邊. 我貪心想再泵多些, 就零晨1-2am起身泵 (因為晚上10pm bb食完, 要到1-2am泵才回到多些奶).
夠/多奶的秘訣是要勤力, 多喝流質飲品, 多餵及多泵.

妹妹好慘啊, 俾我惹病左. 我星期日晚開始乾咳, 佢星期一早上開始聲都沙了. 而家佢好鍾意ee or or叫, 沙著聲講野真係聽到我又心痛又內疚:cry:. 不過佢又冇燒, 所以我冇帶佢睇醫生, 希望俾佢自己打d菌, 唔使食藥. (早幾日我睇左中醫,) 今日我睇左西醫, 問醫生意見, 佢都話妹妹冇燒可以繼續觀察住先, 唔使睇醫生住都得. 希望妹妹快點告別豆聲喉好番啦!

阿B上個禮拜打完針無事, 而且仲鬼死咁精神, 捉住爸爸玩. 99同我講佢今個禮拜突然間好大食. 每餐要5oz奶, 仲係3個鍾一餐tim. 我估阿B又到左下一個猛長期，　我開始唔夠奶．　我唸我要今個禮拜全程埋身，　希望星期一交俾奶奶時奶量增加啦．

regarding your worry of not having enough milk supply, my opinion is that make sure you drink enough fluid during the office hours. (pappya millk, soy bean, milk) it should be fine.
Relax ~ is the key point for maintain milk supply.

if all above fail, try out the fenugreek herbal pills. I can giveyou details if you are interested.

Hey there,

I go to a group of babies and mum every thursday.
We don't need to pay a fixed price as tea buffet and we just pay as we eat/drink.

We can organise a group like this once a month on Sat/Sun so every mums can join.

What do you think?

The brand is AVENT newborn pacifier since he uses AVENT bottle. Later or soon, I will buy an upper level one for him ... the shape will be different at different stage...

0700 餵一邊泵 4oz 儲
11:30 泵一次. 5-6oz
15:30 泵一次 6oz
1930 餵一邊泵
2000 餵一邊泵
0100 泵一次

You know what? On the first day I went back to work, everything seemed to go very smoothly. When I was so happy and thinking of telling you all about this, I let the Boots bag to stand and was pouring the milk into it. All at a sudden, milk spilt all over my skirt, the chair and the floor

The sales of Baby Outlet said it could stand

I wanted to change but I have no spare clothes.:-( :-( Then I went to the toilet to blow dry my skirt, but it still smelt sooooo bad. :cry: :cry: :cry: I felt soooo shameful since I had a meeting for 2 hours after that!

有個問題想問問各位媽咪, 我囡囡係超細size b, 佢依家先得5kg左右, 平時食得好少, 飲奶都唔過4安, 再加上佢成10日都無一次大便, 我好驚呀, 屋企人係咁要我幫佢塞甘油條放大便, 又話我d奶唔夠營養, 搞到個囡都唔夠營養同太瘦, 想我俾奶粉佢食, 我可以點做呀? 希望大家俾d意見我呀!

我既建議, 你先帶小b 去見兒科醫生, 問問醫生這樣大便情況有沒有改善方法, 好似我仔由初初餐食餐痾, 到現在每天都有2-3 次大便, 而且都是很稀的便便, 一般人奶b 都很少會聽到有便秘, 所以你要帶小b 去問問醫生, 甘油條不可隨便用.
體重方面, 食人奶是絕對夠營養, 如果你女是細碼b, 體重輕都是無可厚非, 最重要是小b 食得密d, 睡多d, 身體健康就ok, 你自己都要食多些同多休息, 心境絕對可以影響你既奶量同奶質量, 如果想女女好, 先要對自己有信心同放鬆些.

如果因為工作而妨礙泵奶都無法.....
因為仲有好多香港人, 對母乳一d 都吾支持, 莫講話鼓勵....
或者你在sat/sun 全埋身比alden 食
所望可以keep 住吾好收奶住
平日daytime 就比alden 食formula
晚上就全埋身餵+sat/sun 全人奶
食得好身體好最緊要
