It really depends the quality of her sleep as well as her daily work wor.
it's hard to say whether it's enough or not.
For my 1st maid, she doesn't need to wake up at night as I am the one who take care of the kid. We allowed her to go back to her room around 9:30pm. and wake up at 6:30am. still, she complained too much work.
for my current one, she need to share room with my daughter. She need to wake up once to bring her to potty. she usually free after 10pm. and wake up at 06:30am. she didn't complain not enough sleep. after all, she talks on the phone at night as well.
agree with pinkymommy,
there is no such agent who can guarantee you a good maid. Even if you are willing to pay higher salary than the standard paid, the agent will tell you that they can't guarantee as well.. it's all come back from luck.
I also agree with pinkmommy that you can pick those worked in Singapore or Taiwan especially with big family. asked specifically if they have any experiences doing so. when ask them quesiton, throw them a situation rather than asking them if they know how to do or not becoz...they always say that they know how to do thing.
