我上個星期都開始有抽筋KA LA,
不過只係睡覺時,
人地話要吸收多點鈣. 我都好聽話日日飲2柸奶.....

點知 可能係行得耐所以腳趾抽筋... 搞到我要站在一邊除鞋摸腳趾,
我個肚係大, 但又未大到咁明顯, 今日又唔係著大肚裙... 搞到比人眼望望添 ....一共2次..

可唔可以唔係係街抽呀 ! 我唔驚比人望, 但係好危險KA MA.....你地話係味 ???

Did u drink the special milk formula for mothers?can buy from mannings,the other time buy one tin get one tin free bor.

Also try swimming as well as some yoga stressing excerise,it helps too.Always lift up ur both legs when lying down(eg sleeping) with 2 or 3 pillows,let ur legs get better circulation.

U'll need to take calcium pills too on top of the daily milk intake.

Hope it helps,cos it hurts too,take care ar......

我今早一訓醒都抽筋, 痛到不能控制, 而家真係好易抽筋咁!! 有乜方法可以減少抽筋??

the special milk formula for mother can help ka ma? I have bought one , but just drink occassionally jia.

I 'll try the pillow, but don't know how to swim yet... yoga, have classes 2 years ago, elimentary level, ....thanks for reminding me, that one is good! do you know is there any difference for pregency ? if no , i will start prastics it by following the yoga type , thank weishy very much!
