Part- time Administration Assistant (Contract)
Offer: HKD60/hr
Location: Hong Kong Island
Working time: Mon- Fri 4hrs/ day, working hour is negotiable but preferably in the morning.
Job duty:
Include but not limited to:
-document scanning and filing
-arrange courier & postal service
-take and scan reception calls
-data entry for office expenses
-check invoices from vendors to make sure stable service provide to offices
-stationery & grocery ordering
-assist travel arrangement occasionally
-assist office daily operation
Requirement:
-can communicate in English, Cantonese & mandarin
-responsible, organize and initiative
-have PA / Admin work experience would be preferable but not a must
Remarks:
Can renew contract in longer term if performance is identified
