i have problem also, i tried to upload the photo on the signature photo, but the size of the photo is same as original, too big? please advise how to re-size the photo, should i save my original photo to another file and re-size??

You can use software like IrfanView to resize the photo and then upload it to web. Some online web albums also provide resize function.
