We was informed the bank of Xxx to stop payment of the cheque no.xxx, then will give a new cheque to Mr.xxx when the bank confirmed this transactions processed , we estimate this transaction will hold 2 to 3 weeks and waiting for the bank reply.
We have written to Bank X to stop payment on the above mentioned cheque. At the time being, we are waiting for confirmation from Bank X. We will re-issue a cheque to Mr X on receiving the notice of success and are expecting to take 2-3 weeks for processing.
