救命呀....卓面出現咗explore.exe.應用程式錯誤

我依幾日去到某幾個網業到想開佢d嘢嚟睇...都唔點發生咩事...一入去....就成個視window 都冇咗....然後跳返出卓面...仲有我每次登出視 都會出現...explore.exe.應用程式錯誤
我想問部電腦係咪仲咗病毒呢

Maybe some files were corrupted. What did you do before you get this error? Did you install some programs etc?

叫妳解除安裝妳之前個軟件, 睇睇會唔會都仲係咁呀

妳識唔識解除妳之前安裝o左o既 software (開始=>程式集=>去到o個個software之後睇睇有無uninstall可以按, 之後boot一吓機, 睇睇問題解決與否, 如果都係唔得, 咁可能要uninstall o左個ie, 之後再install過囉
