I got relatives in Singapore. They are so admire HK that it has freedom of speech and lots of other freedoms.
In singapore the government plans everything for you; if you are graduated from university, govertment encourages you to marry with a bachelor as well so that you got benefits; the governor is inherited just like King;
if you like this kind of life, you can compare hk with singapore. but if you are going for better and freedom life, i think we should compare with countries with real freedom
P.S. singapore people do not trust the government. The rich people send all the money out from SG
you are comparing economic where I'm saying freedom of people.
indeed the chat is misleading. SG grows within the last 10 years because the base is low. HK has been so far away ahead of SG. Grow should be slow. Just like the developed countries have low increase in GDP.
China is growing strongly. But tell me which country has the highest salary or GDP per head?
