Technical Support (1 Year Contract)
Job Duties:-Support and monitor existing IT infrastructure, including
hardware, software, desktop, servers, mobile devices and
data networks
-Perform preventative maintenance work, backup and other
regular support activities
-Help to implement infrastructure projects and perform
system upgrades
-Handle helpdesk support calls and maintain problem call logs
-Assist in keeping track of infrastructure assets
Requirements:
-Higher Diploma or above in computer science or related
disciplines
-Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in PC and server
installation, configuration and problem solving
-Strong knowledge of standard OA applications (Office, email
clients, Internet Browsers) and Operating Systems
(Windows / Linux / Mac OS / iOS / Android)
-Familiar with Microsoft AD, Firewall and VPN products
-Aggressive, responsible, good organization and
communication skills
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision
-Able to work under pressure
-Good command of spoken Cantonese and with basic
written English
-Immediate available is preferred
