I just bought and tried the pre-mix flour (a HK brand from Nam Shun), and the bread was better. Before I bough the organic flour in supermarket, every time I made was fail.
normal flour should be no problem, i've succeeded using normal flour b4, but the machine is not kneading so well, i don't know if it's just mine or it's a common problem for all Rasonic bread machine....
i'm still struggling with this machine, coz seems doesn't produce good quality bread automatcially.....
