I will try, thanks very much.

I just bought and tried the pre-mix flour (a HK brand from Nam Shun), and the bread was better. Before I bough the organic flour in supermarket, every time I made was fail.

Maybe it is the problem with flour ??

thanks! I have the same feeling instead. My friends who are using Panasonic has no problem at all, they are also new hands!
