Kwiksure is okay. It is just insurance broker and the insurance should be provided by qualified insurance company. I bought a 3rd party insurance through Kwiksure several years ago, so there will be no problem.

As for the price quoted by Mazda, $12,500, is it because you have 0% NCB? I wonder if you did not buy comprehensive insurance for your old car, you may consider transfer the NCB from the old car to your new so your overall insurance cost may be reduced.

The $4,950 price difference is quite large. Quite a difficult choice. Either save $4,950 if you are lucky for no claims, or pay up to $2,050 more for claims more than $4,950. Will your NCB be affected if you make any claims? Some insurance companies offer terms that do not affect NCB status if claims are below certain amount.

I don't know wor, as it's so much more expensive than the others, I didn't ask for details.

I've also got quote from Sime Derby yesterday, seems reasonable and it's insured by Asia Insurance. We may now go for Sime Derby for its name. Large firm = more reliable, I think.

:-( :-( :-( 重未呀, 我 hubby 噚晚 call 個 sales, 佢話未有消息, 但應該下個 week 會知船期+啦. 由日本到香港要5日, 到咗 HK 整 doc 要一個 week 到, 佢話一定會係 20 Nov 前有咯喎, 好心緊呀.

I decided to wait for 2008 car, and the sales will call me when the price list for next year's car is available.

BTW, the new facelift Stepwgn seems to have clear moonroof and option for two big chair in 2nd row in Japan. So I will have a look again in December.

BTW, your sales seems not quite honest about the car shipping schedule!! If it takes 2 months for the cars to be available, I might need to place order in December to make sure new car available before Lunar New Year!

No, he did tell us when we placed the order for our baby, it will be made in Oct and to be delivered in Nov, latest by 20 Nov, he said it's better to tell us a later date rather than sooner.
