I tried drove around 21 days in UK ONE of the stop is Edinburgh
Stayed for castle , Gordon Ramsay recommended restaurant and bought some wine and spirit mini bottles

How do you go to Edinburgh?

I checked that it required to take flight to london first. Then take flight or train to Edinburgh. Is there direct flight from hk to Edinburgh ?

And from the airline, I found we can take BA, CX and Virgin to London. And the departure time is almost the same. Which one do you recommend ?

If I only take the public transport to travel Scotland, is it convenient ?

Scotland 勁正！好有文化氣息，超鍾意！啲人都好好！我個時係五月尾六月頭開始好好天，日長到成夜晚11點先天黑，所以有好多時間可以周圍行～
我個時係去到當地先再搵當地既local tour 去highland 威尼斯湖好舒服！
由倫敦坐火車車去向king cross 上車大約5個鐘～都幾攰，但平同方便～

How did you go to Edinburgh ? Is it required to travel to London first ? Is BA a good choice to travel to London and then to Edinburgh ?

I used to be there by train in London, coz I was return to London for sight seeing, but u could take Virgin airline to Edinburgh too, u would transit in London.

More information, I was booked my ticket at http://www.thetrainline.com/buytickets/ the price of the ticket is quite fluctuate~ should checked time on time~ but if u buy later then then ticket would become more expensive

Thanks. If I bring my son (7 years old) to Edinburgh and the the nearby scenes, will they feel bored ?
