Last Dec I took my out-of-order electric Avent pump to Mothercare for repair. Molly received me. She was really professional and checked the pump with me. The wire contact was poor so that it worked only on and off. I did not ask for that, as I'm not so careful a person. But the practice is really good for both parties, the company and the customer.
Later, another staff from Mothercare told me that my pump must have dropped and could not be repaired. I was so surprised.Then I remembered what Molly did for me and told her to double check the case.
Finally, I got my electric pump replaced yesterday because what she did for me when she received my pump.
