1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1 2/3 cups sugar
1 cup coco powder
2 tps baking soda
1 tps baking powder
3/4 tps salt
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup extra olive oil
2 extra eggs
1 tps Vanilla extract
2/3 cup boiling water
Heat oven 350F
Sugar, Flour, coco powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt in a large mixing bowl
In another bowl, mix egg, buttermilk, oil and vanilla extract until combined
With a mixer on low speed, slowly add the WET ingredients to DRY ingredients until combined
With mixer on low add boiling water until combined, fill in cupcake liner 2/3 cup and bake 20-25mins.
Butter and milk at room tempeture
Electric mixer to mix the butter until smooth and creamy
Add half cup of icing sugar , 1 tps milk and Vanilla extract on low speed mix until combined
Beat other half cup of icing sugar and 1 tps milk on low speed until light and fluffy
