Tell her if she break contracts more than 3 times in short time, she cannot come to hk to work any more.

I checked with immigration before and my agent also warned my present helper. She is afraid to break contract because of this.

I think your helper did not know these.

Yes, you can tell her hk immigration is now very strict with the helper who break contracts in short time because too many employer complained. You can ask the agent to talk to her
