請part time customer service operator, Mon To Friday, around 2000-2200
Sat around 0900-13:00 , 1400-1800

Duties,

Answer calls and providing good customer service to callers
Manage ad hoc tasks when necessary

Ideal Candidate

F.5 or above
3 years relevant experience
Good command of spoken and written English, and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese)
Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
Polite with excellent telephone manner
Practical PC knowledge (MS Office)

We tends to have Sat 0900-13:00 14:00-1800
so might not be able to fit in your time.

We are seeking for a customer service operator, the company line will forward to your phone. So you can work from home.

We also need to have another operator to pick calls after hours, from Mon - Friday.
