So sorry to hear about your case. As I had replied to one of the friends in here before, age is the most affecting factor for a female to become pregnant. I know I sound very discouraging but if you accept this scientific evidence then you may not be so sad after all.
As far as I know, there is not magical formula to bring back the biological clock for a woman with advanced age and that's why one should start planning for a family while they are younger, i.e. around the age of 30 - 35.
You can try another IVF cycle but I believe the outcome will almost be the same as your current one.
The other option you can think of is to look for egg donation or adoption.
I always say that age is the major factor in determining the fertility of a woman. As the age approaches 40, the ovaries will have much less good quality eggs for the woman to have a baby. So it is not uncommon to see your case with such disappointing IVF results. You can try one more time but health supplements that are found in the market should have little or no effect on improving the aging of your ovaries. It is best not to have too much hope on these health supplements and waste your money.
