對呀...我由付款到發現問題再立即交回shop不足24小時,掂都無掂到個袋5分鐘時間,膠貼都未除去,用也完全未用.... 但問題已經嚴重到香港工匠處理不到... 其實個袋根本無可能賣俾客人... 真後悔沒有拿電筒去shop照清楚便付錢... 現在他們免費幫我解決問題好像已經是對我莫大的恩賜...

Yes, this case happened in HK... I bought two bags this year and both sa(s) let me keep the plastic over the hardware... but they did remind me to take it off asap...
