想問下 statutory declaration 可以揾咩人做 witness? 係咪一定要同澳洲有關聯？

如果揾會計師，但唔係澳洲會計師公會的會員係咪唔得？

Depends on the statutory declaration from which state or in accordance to which Oaths Act?

For example, if it is under Oaths Act 1900 NSW - then only Solicitor or JP can witness.

係香港，搞緊ACS 個 Skill assessment, 但老公既公司封employment letter 無 job duties, 所以諗住揾同事寫statutory declaration 做証明，但唔知揾咩人做witness

Hello! Are you in HK?

If so, you can find any of your friends which have known you for more than a year and her occupation is on the list.

I have done that in HK.

想問用作申請移民的statutory declaration form 可以在那裡download?
我找過民政局務處的stat. declaration form 下款是Commissioner of Oath.
但我想叫我的護士朋友簽stat. declaration, 所以有沒有適合的template?

其實，香港註冊護士可否witness signature/ signed the stat. declaration and certify documents?

希望有人可解答. Thank you
