I bought English Time and Baby Pack a few months ago... however we need to go to work and difficult to play with BB everyday...so better think about if you have time and hear to use it everyday ...
My boy has been using ET for 4 months. I bought both the ET and baby pack. He likes the ET video so much. At this stage, it is difficult to comment whether it will do any good to his English but at least he would pick up a book rather than a toy when both are put in front of him.
