Responsibilities:
l Handle whole purchasing process from purchase order, follow-up production, inspection, delivery date, shipping, invoicing and payment.
l Contact with sales staff in USA to make sure customer requirements are fulfilled.
l Arrange pre-shipment inspection with supplier.
Requirements:
l Form 6 (DSE) / Form 7 (HKALE) or above
l At least 2 years’ solid work experience as merchandiser in above fields, experience with USA big retailer chains is preferred
l Good experience in dealing with suppliers in China
l Work independent and pro-active, reliable and detail-oriented
l Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin, knowledge about ERP system.
