大家好！我想問下大家而家邊個stage?大家報一報丫^^

我做晒medical check, CNCC，已收到bulletin 1 email
上星期收到HK visa office話收唔到CNCC, 但係hk police force已確認6月中寄出俾CIC, 請問有無媽媽係咁情況？

Ohhh i think we are around the same timeline... Where did hkpf send the cncc to? According to my letter, cncc should send to cpc sydney directly from hkpf...

佢地有無話你要補交嘢？已經sent左喇係6月中，只係因為CIC將資料forwarded俾HK office，HK office話無收到我CNCC

我之前係帶IRCC既email申請CNCC，email係寫寄去Sydney NS。但申請CNCC後又收到HKVO既email話需要submit CNCC，地址係寫香港。我聯絡左Canada Immigration話如果有資料未交就應該直接send比HKVO。所以我聯絡左Hong Kong Police轉地址，process完CNCC直接寄比HKVO。
七月頭已delivered。
你可以要求Hong Kong Police比tracking no.你。

除左Bulletin 1未有進一步既update

我22號收到電郵，叫我交錢fingerprint，其實我五月頭已經左交錢，都有收到佢哋嘅確認信。想問下去hk police force 做CNCC 嗰時其實係咪已經做咗fingerprint? 因為我記得嗰日我有做到嘅。定係會再安排我去第二度做fingerprint? 我電郵回覆佢哋我已經喺五月頭交左錢而且已收到確認信，而家等佢哋回覆我下一步點做，你有冇收到信叫你再交錢？

我23號收到電郵叫我交CNCC去HKVO, 我已經電郵左Hong Kong Police force，俾咗我嘅tracking Number佢哋, 叫佢交去HKVO, 而家等緊佢send去HKVO。喺同一個電郵，佢叫我proof比佢哋有關我賣樓, 辭工等嘅證明。現階段我真係交唔到，我電郵回覆佢哋我依家係交唔到。佢有冇叫你比證明啊？

我25號收到bulletin 1 , same as u^^

Mid june received email：request additional document 要補交update 5669 and 5604... police cert 但hkpf直接給cpc sydney. 在信已回tracking # and receipt for reference.... 信寄hkvo... july 25 received bulletin 1

即係hkpf 已經寄左CNCC to HKVO? Hkpf 當時有無回覆你佢已寄俾HKVO？你最後點確定HKVO 已收到？
有無信叫你俾proof(selling properties, resignation letter etc)

我諗大家timeline 都係差不多, 希望會一齊收到bulletin 2/pre approval 喇^^

Hkpf直接寄cpc sydney referring to letter.. not hkvo... 我問了tracking #... 之後才收到email 說給hkvo follow... 我回gckey attach payment receipt and letter explaining it sent to cpc sydney directly from hkpf... plus replying in webform.... never confirm if they receive it. Hahahahahah but biometrics is weird. My husband completed and appeared the expiry date in gckey... but at the bottom says that “not yet recieved your fingerprints...”

暫時還沒有收在intention proof...

We will move back to vancouver

For my case, I received the police certificate (CNCC) request from Case Processing Centre (Sydney, NS) in May, 2019. I made the earliest available appointment with HKPF to apply for the CNCC in June, 2019 and brought a print out of the email from CPC Sydney, and was told it would take up to 4 weeks to process. The address on the email says the CNCC is to be sent to CPC Sydney.

During this time, I got notified that my PR application has been transferred to HKVO for processing, and subsequently received an email from HKVO asking for a number of documents; the CNCC is one of the documents that was requested by HKVO, and it says in the email all the documents is to be sent to HKVO in Quarry Bay.

At this point, I was a bit confused in regards to the CNCC; while it is still being processed by HKPF and not yet sent out, I wasn't sure whether it should be sent to CPC Sydney or HKVO. So I emailed them and was told that once the case has been transferred, all outstanding documents should be sent to the Visa office responsible for processing your case - so it should be sent to HKVO in my case. Immediately I contacted HKPF to change the delivery address to the address given by HKVO (Berkshire House, 25 Westlands Road, Quarry Bay).

CPC Sydney係擔責一開始時consolidate所有文件一次過forward比Visa Office (HKVO)。
然後HKVO開始process。但當你個case已經forward左去HKVO後，所有outstanding documents或如果你有additional資料要提交，係應該直接比HKVO，唔係CPC Sydney。

同埋HKPF只會寄HK Post Registered。需要大約3 - 4 weeks先到加拿大(因為要經Canada Post)。CPC Sydney收到後又要等佢哋forward返比HKVO，唔知HKVO幾時先會收到。一定meet唔到HKVO既30 days deadline。最終決定你個case既outcome係HKVO。

我同你情況一樣
不過我打左去CIC, 佢地話由於我個case已經由CIC轉左去HKVO, 佢地叫我有咩就根據HKVO 補交俾返佢地
所以我email HKPF同佢講我case已轉左去HKVO(quarry bay), hkpf requested我果封HKVO嘅email, 係顯示到Quarry bay address嘅，我都forwarded to Hkpf, 而家等候hkpf send to HKVO.
咁樣Hkpf應該會直接send去HKVO? 平郵應該幾日會收到？
你最後點confirm HKVO已經收到？

我去做CNCC嗰時已經做左medical check同biometrics。
HKVO只係一開始case transfer之後send左個"Document Request"既email話要:
- Updated Schedule A Background/Declaration form (IMM 5669)
- Updated Additional Family Information form (IMM 5406)
- If not yet submitted: Original police certificates from each country in which you have spent 6 months or more since the age of 18
- If not yet submitted: Copy of the bio-data page of your valid passport
- If not yet submitted: Two (2) recent photos respecting precise specifications
- If not yet paid and not exempt: Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF)

寫住"Updated"嗰啲一定要再提交。因為criteria同一開始填IMM 5669/IMM 5406時唔同。
"You must declare your personal history and addresses from the age of 18 (not only the past 10 years)."
之前submit左比CPC Sydney，但寫住"If not yet submitted"嗰啲 - e.g., receipt for my payment of the RPRF我都再submit過比HKVO，因為驚CPC Sydney無forward到過去。最主要係，我唔想我個case有任何delay。

暫時無收到HKVO任何聯絡話需要其他文件。

寄出左之後，你可以要求佢哋比個tracking no.你。正常兩個工作天寄到。
上Hong Kong Post網站track郵件，make sure已寄到。

然後就等

真係唔明CPC點解會forward漏嘅！！

其實我上年11月尾已交application, 2月先收到email叫我補交資料，但明明已交左，所以3月先正式process
到而家又話HKVO漏左嘢收唔到。。。

好唔smooth!! 希望交埋CNCC to hkpf之後就齊晒，smooth啲！！

Yes. 永遠唔知收唔收到. 但upload police cert receipt and explanation 去 gckey 後, status變submitted & message 變read... so wait wait wait now

我還用webform update... 做了本份..把球給回cic..

Cncc and biometrics two different things wor.. 有PR就返Vancouver la..

我幫先生申請family sponsorship...

The status changed a few days after i updated police cert... since it get a deadline.. so i just upload to satisfy the request..

After you paid for biometrics, you should get a “biometrics instruction letter” from gckey... then you can book... but u submitted nov 2018, are u sure u need to do biometrics?

Hkpf is only for 良民証... is different than biometrics

不過諗緊land 邊 —> i thought u will need to mention when you filled in one of the form..
