Job Description:
To provide full spectrum administrative support in all-rounded HR functions including recruitment, payroll, MPF administration and compensation & benefits
Responsible for daily HR operations, handle monthly payroll preparation, leave and attendance administration work
To assist in recruitment process
To prepare HR documents and reports
Provide general admin and clerical support.
To assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
Passed 5 subjects including Chinese and English (Syllabus B) in DSE or equivalent;
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience preferably in HR and Payroll;
Good knowledge and experience of the operation and practices of the construction industry is preferable;
Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant labour legislation &MPF;
Good command of written & spoken Chinese and English;
Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
Able to work independently and manage multi-tasks
Good interpersonal skills
Immediate available is highly preferred
