I don't have such experience but I think if you are worry. it's good to have a check. if he really altruism, another way you can observe is how he related to other kids. ie. if he tends to be alone and not able to get alone with aothers. that's one sign.

sorry for late reply. I did ask my friend who are expert on child education. her advise is:
1. if you has already got the doctor referral, do wait in line and the government resource and evulation.
2. if you decide to go private , there are 2 ways:
- child psychologist
- neuro doctor.
