if your baby has 6-mth old now, you can try to feed him/her congee,
for meat, you can try fish meat first as it is easier to digest than other meat
not sure if have feed bb the veggies like pumpkin, potatoes, corn, etc.... before (blend it by using a blender), if yes, you can add it with fish meat, if not, you can simply make a pumpkin congee first, try one single ingredient for a few days, if no allergy appears, try another one, you can mix and match a few ingredients if you have tried them all ok before
for meat like chicken, pork, etc...., you can add some in the congee stock to enhance the favour, for me I feed my bb those meat in the early stage, if you would like to take a try, blend the meat first and see if your bb can eat it, if not, just to add it in the stock and make the congee tasty
for egg yolk, you can let your bb to try a little bit first, if ok, increase the intake amount gradually
in this stage, you can also try tofu, yoghurt, cheese
