dangdang service is good and i would like to appreciate them.

Around last 10 march 2006, i received their books and find out that one of the sticker book was used already, that means the sticker is stick into the book. So i use their on-line communication service, firstly they ask me to mail to them and get the refund and i said i don't want the refund but would like to replace by the new book, and then they told me that i don't need to mail the book to them and they will re-sent it to me again the newbook. Today i received the new book by speedpost of the post office but not courier. Only around 2 weeks, as per the officer they said it need around 4 weeks and i think i need to chase them closely but i didn't chase them at all and i received the replacement book. So they give me the confidence to place the order frequently and change my concept of those China's company.

I have also bought this. Quite educational. You can buy each set separately but I have bought all 8 sets.

:-( :-( 當當配書．已經10+ days... I sent them email asking for status, but no reply... what should I do? :-( :-( This is my first order at 當當, really want to receive the books asap....

我估 LeeMama328 條 link 係 "米莉茉莉叢書", 因為呢套書有 8 輯, 每輯 6 本, 我都買咗, 不過 Jason 仔仲未識睇

而 "黃/藍/綠梯子" 每系列有 4 本, 一共 12 本. 我喺當當揾唔到成套, 要逐本逐本 click, 以下係黃梯子其中一本

在遊樂場上 (黃梯子1)

您入咗去呢頁之後, 喺左手面您會見到 "購買此商品的顧客還買過" 的書, 您會揾到其他黃/藍/綠梯子 ge 書. 我放哂入暫存架, 睇吓有冇其他媽咪買咗有分享.

另外, 正常當當配書唔會咁耐, 會唔會係您訂 ge 書裏面有 "2-7日出庫" ge 書呢? 正如我早前所講, 當當會同其他書庫有聯系, "2-7日出庫" ge 書多數係佢哋冇而其他書庫有, 佢哋會等其他書庫配比佢哋再送貨, 所以會耐 d. 我試過最耐 20 天. 您可以 send email 比佢哋 "[email protected]", 通常佢哋第 2 日就有回應, 佢哋唔覆咪 send 多幾次囉.

Thanks for the info. My second order arrived today, while my first order (ordered 10+ days ago) still at 配書 status... I will be more careful try not to order "2-7日出庫" books, or break them into several batches :cry: :cry:

How's your son in using "Clever Dog"? AliBB is still at ABC stage, but she loves this set very much.

ORT既RTH好睇嗎？我還未買呢．
但買了Oxford story tree-red pack．相信都好適合你兒觀看．不妨到中華一望．

另外 ORT RaH 我個人就覺得好好睇, 圖畫簡單清晰, 4 個 stage 分得好清楚, 由淺入深, 但 Jason 仲未識睇

您講嗰套 Oxford Story Tree - Red Pack 有幾多本同幾多錢呢, 另外中華係邊度

Jason 都仲有睇機靈狗, 不過進度唔係好快, 而且有 d 生字教極都唔識我會 skip 咗佢, 因為佢祇係有興趣一 d 日常生活見到 ge 物件 :cry: 另外, 我想問您點教 AliBB 睇祇係得圖畫嗰 d 書呢, 係咪跟家長導讀黎教呢
