You are welcome. Perhaps I should give more info. Apart from illuma 3, my 19m daughter also eat:
12:30am - one to one & a half adult bowl of thick congee (with minced meat and veggie) as lunch
6:30pm - one to one & a half adult bowl of thick congee (with another kind of minced meat and veggie) as dinner
I also give her some fruit / snack in the afternoon and at night.
She is now 11.3kg and 80cm, at middle growth rate so I think the above eatting pattern suits her and havent think of cutting her milk amount yet.
