If you bought it in the shop here,they should be able to arrange repair for you.bring it back with receipt, it must have been defected when you bought it. Can't be your fault damaging that part in just two weeks ?! Good luck

I have tried before
Waited 20 mins to get the work order to be drawn up.
Their staff is quite ignorant about their products and took them long time to find the broken part on the leather strap.
I had to teach them how the leather is woven into the chain and the ends only glued together. While I do my final inspection of the chain, i found out that there are actually more then 2 places where the leather is glued together.
I was so duasppointed at that point. My previous Chanel bags never had this problem. Wonder why?
It is because the leather woven inside the chain has always been one super long piece and the ends were stitched together not glued together.
This is my first calfskin woc ever and hadn't expect its quality to fail me only after 2 weeks use.
